Country Politics

Countries are made up of a collection of cities. Each country has a Head of Government that makes important decision about the country. Also, each city has one or more officials that represent their respective cities in the country government. Each country has a constitution which dictates how their head of government and officials are chosen, how often, how qualifies to vote, and a number of important other matters. Laws are made that dictates things like taxes, foreign policy, impeachment and minimum and maximum wages.

Head of Government

There is one Head of Government per country. The selection of the head of government is dictated by the constitution. Heads of Government can propose new constitution, laws and ministries. They have a single vote in these decisions.

Country Officials

Each city can have a number of country officials. They represent the concerns and needs of their cities to the government. The selection of the country officials is dictated by the constitution. Country officials can propose new constitutions, laws and ministries. They have a single vote in these decisions.

Country Constitution

Constitutions are what dictate what kind of government a country is going to have. Every country starts with an "anarchy constitution" and once a head of government and country officials are selected they can then draw up a new constitution and vote on it.

Country Laws

Laws of a country are broken up into the following categories:

• Transfer - To transfer AlphaCoins, EarthBucks or Special Items between country and ministries, cities, or other nations.
• Domestic Policy - New citizen message that goes out to all citizens.
• Foreign Policy - Allows a nation to Declare War, Join an Alliance or declare an Embargo.
• Taxes/Fees - Set all taxes including Income, Real Estate, Corporate, and Sales, as well as Customs and a Citizen Fee.
• Impeachment - Call an impeachment vote for Head of Government and Officials.

High Command

High commanders are selected from amongst enlisted soldiers by the Head of Government. These High Commanders hold an important role in running the country's military.

City Politics

Each city also has a Head of Government, or Mayor, as well as city officials, or councilors, from each neighborhood within the city. Like countries, each city has a constitution that dictates how their city is run.

High Command
