WorldAlpha has very flexible constitution. This means every country and every city can have their own unique constitution. Here are all the different aspects to the constitution
Government Types
There are 7 different types of government. They are as follows:
Anarchism
Anarchims or Anarchy is the default government type of any government that has been overthrown by a revolt. There is no head of government or officials. No taxes being collected, and no new laws. More on Anarchism at Wikipedia.
Representative Democracy
In a Representative Democracy, citizens select representatives to present their ideas to the government.
Gerontocracy
The oldest people rule. This is determined by citizen's arrival date.
Meritocracy
Power is given according to merit. This is determined by policial power.
Plutocracy
The richest people rule. This is determined by a citizen's wealth.
Stratocracy
Military leaders rule. This is determined by a citizen's military rank.
Aristocracy
Rule by the best. This is determined by a citizen's overall experience.
Other Consitutional Elements
Voter Eligibility
This is the percentage of the population that can vote as determined by type of government. So, if set at 80% on a Stratocracy, that means the top 80% as determined by their Military Rank can vote.
