Occasionally, a citizen might find the tutorial disappear. To get back to it, first go to your Portal page, and in the bottom left hand corner there is a Tutorial link that should be clicked.

This will be you to the page of the Tutorial, and you can return to your latest step, or even go back over a step if you need to.

To move you need to go to your Profile page. You can reach your profile page by click your avatar or the default citizen avatar at the bottom middle of the page.

On the left hand side panel under Profile, at the bottom middle of this panel is a Location with 3 flags and a set of coordinates. There is a move link there, click it

A new page will come up and give you important information about moving, and then you can select your Country, City and Neighborhood. After that click SEND in the top right

For the first 7 days you can move as often as you wish and your Starter House will follow you, not any other Houses or business buildings though.

After 7 days, you are making a Citizen Request of the other government, and they have to accept you, and then you will pay the citizenship fee as set by the other government

To purchase or building anything you need to set up a ministry within your government. Once a ministry is set up you need to pass a law proposal giving the ministry a budget to spend from the treasury.

Once you have a ministry with a budget, the Head of Government need to choose ministers, including themselves, if they wish to purchase or build

To build a government building requires a building permit, this must purchased with the government's E$. A government gets E$ either by buying them on the Monetary market, or being gifted them.

To gift a government E$, go to the Politics Dash, click on Finances, and there is a small Arrow beside E$, click that and a donate page will come up that you can donate.

Once the government has enough E$, a minister can purchase the building permit required.

The minister then can on the Politics Dash click on the View building link.

There as minister you should see Build a Building at the bottom, and can select the government buidling you wish to build. Choose the Building Type, and then the Quality of building.

A pop-up will come up and allow you to select the ministry and location of building. Also, check to buy the prefab. Once you confirm the building will be built.
